St. Patrick's Day is such a fun theme for kids. You got you Leprechauns, your shamrocks, your pot o' gold. All the hits!
I like to take fun themes like this and make easy to use word cloud activities for the kids.
While the kids were obsessing over their Leprechaun Trap Design, I decided to put together some shamrock and rainbow printables.
These St. Patrick's Day worksheets- or printables, if you prefer- are an easy breezy activity to add to a class party or do at home.
It's fun to see who can find the words first, or which word is on there the most.
Like in my previous word cloud printables, each design has two versions, with a different layout of the words to give you more variety.
Each one is half sheet, so there are two shamrocks on one page and two rainbows on the other one. You can cut them in half or leave the page whole and let the kids do them both. Totally up to you.
Some people also like to run it through their new favorite laminator and reuse them. Whatever floats your boat!

Snag your printables available for digital download in my shop.
Print the and when the ink is dry, cut or laminate as you wish.
To complete the activity, search through the word cloud and as you cross off each word, tally it in the space at the bottom by the same word. Once all words are crossed off, count up your tally marks and see which ones have the most in the word cloud.
A quick, simple activity to reinforce holiday vocabulary words….or just have some fun.
