I'm Laura- writer, wife, mom to two kiddos. I was recently in your shoes, researching weight loss programs when I stumbled upon Noom.
People are often researching and googling for the best weight loss shakes, pill, bars, meal delivery services, surgery and medicine but after using Noom, I realized none of those silver bullets tackle your relationship with eating and food. That is why, as I shared in my Noom Review, that I really feel Noom Coach is different.
And it's why I've been sharing about it for months now, shouting it from the rooftops.

When I was using the Noom app I found myself wanting to have a handy list of my favorite foods on hand, as well as get some ideas for foods to try, based on the Noom food logging system.
So I thought, “Why don't I just MAKE myself some lists?” So I did. And you can score them too.
They won't mean much to you if you're not going to use the Noom Weight Loss Coach app, but I hope they come in handy for anyone who IS going to use Noom.
