Once again, it's the holiday gift of choice for anyone who loves to cook- or needs an easy way to do it! The Instant Pot! Today I am sharing 20 Awesome but easy Instant Pot Breakfast Recipes for your Pressure Cooker! Affiliate links are included in this post.
I often end up falling back into old habits and relying on convenience foods like microwave oatmeal or pre-packaged breakfast sandwiches.
But I have come to realize that one of my favorite tools for lunch recipes and dinner recipes would be just as handy for breakfast recipes!
We've had our Instant Pot for one year at this point, and I have to say, I am a total convert! I was not a huge cook before- LalyDad loves to cook so he did the honors quite often.
But the Instant Pot has won us both over- the novice and the home chef, united in our love of this new gizmo!
There is no reason why we should save our new fave kitchen tool for later in the day. It is just as handy for breakfast.
Next on MY list is to make some Instant Pot Sweet Potato and Butternut Squash Hash, fry up and egg while it cooks, and plop that puppy right on top when the hash is done!
